Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in AI technologies—especially ChatGPT, chatbot development, and WhatsApp integration—to design, implement, and optimize interactive solutions for our business. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our customer communication channels and streamlining operational processes through intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities: • AI Chatbot Development: Design, develop, and deploy chatbots leveraging ChatGPT and other AI models to create engaging, human-like conversations. • WhatsApp Integration: Implement seamless WhatsApp integration to ensure efficient, real-time communication with our customers and clients. • System Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate chatbots with existing business systems and workflows. • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze chatbot interactions to identify areas for improvement and implement iterative enhancements. • Innovation & Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and conversational platforms to continually refine our solutions. • Technical Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for AI-driven customer service applications.
Requirements: • Proven experience with AI tools and frameworks, particularly ChatGPT and similar conversational AI models. • Hands-on experience in chatbot development and integration, especially within the WhatsApp ecosystem. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or equivalent. • Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
