Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute online merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and promotional initiatives Curate and organize product assortments on the website, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly online shopping experience Use data analytics and customer insights to make informed decisions about product placement and online merchandising efforts Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital promotional campaigns Implement A/B testing and analyze performance data to optimize product listings, category pages, and other digital merchandising elements Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing technologies, and e-commerce best practices Work closely with the web development team to enhance the functionality and presentation of the online store Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability on the website Collaborate with external vendors and partners to source product images and content for online use Contribute to the development and implementation of digital merchandising standards and guidelines Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as a Digital Merchandiser or in a similar role within the e-commerce industry Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and online consumer behavior Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and content management systems Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic merchandising decisions Excellent communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices Creative thinking and a keen eye for digital design and aesthetics Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and technological advancements in the digital marketing landscape
