Enrich Schools is an innovative education platform that helps UK schools enhance their enrichment programmes through curated trips, activities, and character development opportunities. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our growth by managing digital marketing activities, content creation, and outreach campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid ads.
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, including posts, graphics, and short-form videos.
Write and schedule email newsletters and outreach campaigns for schools.
Research and engage with potential schools, partners, and influencers in the education space.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
Support website updates and content management.
Assist in optimising SEO and running basic PPC campaigns.
Requirements: Experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Strong writing skills, with the ability to create compelling and professional content.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit) and social media scheduling tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Bonus: Experience in the education sector or working with schools.
