Description: We’re looking for an experienced email copywriter & designer to craft seven beautifully branded emails in Flodesk for our client, Quartet Design Studio, a high-end interior design firm.

Your Role: - Write engaging, polished copy that reflects Quartet’s refined brand voice - Design the emails directly in Flodesk, ensuring cohesive and elevated visuals - Apply Quartet’s brand colors, fonts, and design guidelines - Craft editorial, compelling emails that align with Quartet’s aesthetic and business goals
Email Topics: 1. A Day in the Life of Quartet – A behind-the-scenes look at the team’s creative process. 2. An Investment in Interior Design – Educating readers on the depth of work that goes into high-end design. 3. Williamsburg Restaurant Project – A corporate-facing email highlighting how Quartet’s design supports the brand’s expansion. 4. Biggest Design Mistakes & How to Avoid Them – Expert insights from the Quartet team. 5. Rory’s Tribeca Apartment Transformation – How a blank canvas became a refined, hotel-like home. 6. The Life Cycle of an Interior Design Project – A deep dive into their Oak Tree House Project. 7. Fifth Avenue Family Home – Designing for a music-loving family with both beauty and function in mind.
Ideal Candidate: - Strong copywriting skills with a sophisticated, engaging tone - Experience designing in Flodesk (or similar email platforms) - Keen eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency - Understanding of high-end/luxury brands and how to position them effectively - Background in interior design, architecture, or lifestyle brands a plus
