Expected duration: 1 day or less We are looking for an experience Linux (Ubuntu) and WordPress system admin to change the domain name of our WordPress Site. Note that this is not a simple matter of repointing DNS and changing Site URL in WordPress.
To explain: - Our current live website runs under https://www..com - We have created a new wesbite in WordPress as www4..com - The WordPress site is configured in Pleask as www.www4..com, this cannot be changed to www..com because it would change the physical path of the httpdoc folder and throw all kind of problems. - We tried creating an alias, but for some reasons it keeps redirecting to the main site.
