Or if you are busy, he can apply for the roles. -- Participate in interviews, leveraging your familiarity with the US job market and fluency in English to navigate the hiring process smoothly. -- He will guide you on how to ace these interviews and provide insights based on his technical expertise. - Role Acquisition -- Once a role is secured, he will contribute to the project remotely, handling the technical workload and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. - Team Communication -- You will manage interactions with the team, such as stand-up meetings, kickoff sessions, and other verbal communications requiring fluent English. - Profit Sharing -- Compensation will be shared on a mutually agreed basis, ensuring a fair and beneficial partnership for both parties. 2.
