Hi Im looking for someone who can start a UK Recruitment company and manage the business from getting leads to finding clients to closing deals and chasing up invoices.
You will be Finding the best Candidates as our clients specification.
This will be a start up recruitment company and need someone to scale it fast.
If you have experience in IT/Tech roles please let me know how much you billed per month previously.
The role will see you responsible for developing opportunities, adding value beyond our portfolio and understanding and leading the recruitment process. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape is also essential. You will need a hunter mentality, be used to working under pressure, and constantly strive to hit and exceed company targets.
