I require technical drawings and plans to be produced for a planning permission application. we have the general design and layout but require CAD plans and technical drawings to 1:50 scaled measurements and specifications required by the local planning authority.
This will include a site plan showing the dimensions of the property and accurate placement of the proposed building works. Internal drawings are also required displaying floor plans, elevations and sections with all new and existing walls, openings, floor levels and relevant measurements clearly labeled and dimensioned.
Attention to detail and accuracy is critical to ensure the plans comply with regulations and satisfy the planning officers' requirements. The designs may require minor modifications and adjustments based on planning feedback. The final files and a PDF set of the plans will be needed for our official submission.
Experience producing technical drawings and detailed plans for planning applications according to local authority guidelines is essential. The candidate must have proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD or similar. Excellent technical drawing and drafting skills are a must to transform our basic designs into precise to-scale plans and drawings ready for planning assessment.
