HubSpot sales and process/workflow integration: We require the expertise of a HubSpot specialist to streamline our database and establish an efficient sales workflow. Our goal is to simplify the HubSpot system while aligning it with our specific workflow.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our business and offer a streamlined solution that aligns with our requirements.
1. Sales: Enquiry/lead logging, management, and closure or loss. Closed customers are tagged until the deal is paid out, while lost customers are archived. Customers should be able to have multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
2. Service: Website uploads service requests or service requests are added manually. Service requests remain active until resolved.
3. Issues: Customer ownership: We need separate sales and service individuals to have ownership of customers simultaneously or have a similar overview of all deals and service enquiries at all times.
4. Other: Resolving the issue of connecting emails to HubSpot. Resolving the issue of bulk tagging status for a large number of contacts (8000 records). Ongoing support is required.
