The app will include an admin dashboard for approval, automatic TVA calculations, and real-time reporting. Once the expenses are validated and sent to accounting, they will be locked and non-editable.

✔ Each user will have a unique login and personal dashboard. ✔ Roles: User (expense submitter) and Admin (approver & accountant interface). ✔ Secure authentication with password encryption and optional 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication).
2️⃣ Expense Submission & Validation
✔ Dynamic Expense Forms with mandatory fields: • Date • Description • Amount • TVA Rate Selection (5.5%, 10%, 20%) • Receipt Upload (PDF or Image) ✔ Real-time Validation to prevent missing or incorrect entries. ✔ Automatic TVA Calculation per expense category. ✔ Preview & Edit Before Submission (users can modify until sent for validation).
3️⃣ Approval & Locking System
✔ Admin Dashboard to validate, approve, or reject expenses. ✔ Locking Mechanism: Once the month’s expenses are submitted to accounting, they become non-editable. ✔ Automated Notifications: Users receive alerts when an expense is accepted, rejected, or requires modifications.
