Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks A specialist mobile application is required for a thriving dog daycare enterprise. The versatile solution must facilitate comprehensive profiles detailing client and canine particulars including images, contact information, medical histories, and preferences. Owners can conveniently book daycare spaces and home boarding assignments through customizable calendars integrated with team schedules. An admin interface allows notating care routines and special needs. Beyond user-facing functionality, regular maintenance and refinement is expected. The bespoke product aims to streamline operations with a single digital hub for all customer services, reservations, record-keeping and internal communications. Compensation will be provided once full development and testing yields a stable, full-featured solution meeting all outlined needs.
The app must be capable of the following:
Creating a profile for each client and their dog to include (undecided whether we or the client would complete this information) Client - Name, home address, email, phone number Dog - Picture, Name, breed, sex, neuter status, allergies and vaccination dates, (vaccination dates must have a reminder for both us and the clients) - we should also have a section available for drop off routines that can be edited by the client
Dog daycare Clients should be able to be assigned to one of 4 different calendars that show the availability of spaces within our 4 dog bus collection routes and allow them to book empty spaces through the app
Home boarding Clients should be able to see 4 different calendars, each one relating to a team member who can edit their own availability so that the client can pick which person to use and book directly through the app
We would like there to be a "team member only" access area on the app where we can comment on each client or dog and their requirements for collection and drop off routines.
This will need to be a high functioning truly reliable app, maintained and updated regularly.
