I am working with a client who has a large database of written content. This is based around scams, how they work, what to look for, what to do if you've been affected etc. It's very difficult for users to navigate and they would like this optimised. As part of this they also want the functionality to push out a broadcast/alert update to users to notify them when a new scam is identified with a link to go read the full article on the website.
BRIEF: What I want to build is a web app that users can download onto their devices, which uses something like Claude.ai - which would be an AI solution not connected to the internet (this is very important) which we can load in PDF's / Word documents with links etc - creating a database which users can just interrogate easily by asking questions and ensuring it pulls the correct answers back and points them to the information and links on the main company website.
Part of this would be to try include a push notification functionality so we can ping out a notification to all users who download the web app letting them know of any new scams they need to be aware of.
We need full analytics on what queries are being asked and which links are used most etc too.
I need fixed costs for the build, details on what ongoing maintenance/updates/hosting looks like and costs and timelines for this please. With clear examples of work.
