We require a software solution to help mitigate fraud for our growing e-commerce business. Transaction volumes have increased exponentially over the past year. However, with growth comes increased risks of deception through illegitimate transactions. Currently, we lack an automated system to identify suspicious activity and shield our company from potential financial losses.
A sophisticated fraud detection mechanism is needed to scrutinize patterns in purchase data and flag unusual indicators. Things like order amounts that seem inflated, payment methods rarely used before, or deliveries to vacant addresses raise red flags. However, manual review of each individual transaction is impossible given our scale.
