We are seeking a skilled and insightful Freelance User Researcher who's primary focus will be to deeply understand user challenges, behaviors, and needs ahead of any design or development work. We aim to create revolutionary applications that redefine user experiences and address real-world problems in innovative ways.
We are currently seeking a user researcher to create the framework our team will use to conduct comprehensive user research, you will help shape the direction of our development strategy and ensure that user-centered fuure proof solution is at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
Create framework - qualitative and quantitative research (questionnaires, surveys) to identify user pain points and needs.
1 off assessment session to review feedback from surveys, interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather actionable insights.
Analyze research data and review findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product direction.
Advocate for user-centric decision-making throughout.
Requirements:
Proven experience in user research in new digital products.
Strong knowledge of research methodologies and user testing techniques.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to translate user insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience with research tools and data analysis.
