Description:	I need an expert web designer to redesign an existing website for a small business. The current site was built several years ago and utilizes outdated technologies and design trends. It is time for a visually appealing refresh that presents the company and its services in a modern, professional manner. The new design should incorporate current UI/UX best practices for an optimized user experience across all devices. Key pages like the homepage, about us, services, and contact need to be completely redesigned from the ground up. Graphics and images may need updating or replacing to match the new aesthetic. The site is built using HTML, CSS and WordPress. The existing content can be reused but may require restructuring and editing for the new layouts and sections. The new design concepts should be creatively presented along with prototypes of priority pages for review and feedback before development begins.
