Full building regs compliant drawings and notes for barn conversion to private residence in Cornwall. The barn is comprised of a 2-storey stone building and an attached single storey (this element is likely to be rebuilt as only 2 existing walls intact)
Size of 2-storey element is approx. 20x6m and rectangular, the other L-shaped and single storey is approx. 19x6m (short side).
The internal layout is yet to be finalised but this should be made available soon. All drawings produced would need to be made available in dwg and pdf.
The initial piece relates to the old cart shed and stables and bringing this forward. We are interested in someone familiar with conversions, ciat or governing body registered. We are primarily interested in the technical side of things and less architectural design (will lean on a friend for this) however open to suggestions and utilising your building experience.
