The selected freelancer will be responsible for engaging existing customers and attracting new clients through periodic posts on the company's Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages. They must plan and publish creatively designed visual content like photos, graphics and videos highlighting the company's services, completing maintenance jobs and customer testimonials. Monitoring and responding to queries on social media is another key task.
For email marketing, the freelancer will need to design email templates branded with the company's logo and colors. They will gather customer data from various sources to regularly send out these emails containing offers, promotions and informative articles. Segmenting the mailing lists and tracking open and click through rates to ascertain the most effective communication channels is important. Analytics of social media and email campaigns must be reviewed to understand customer behavior and decide on future strategies.
Knowledge of social media management tools, graphic design software and email marketing platforms is essential for this role. Strong writing and communication skills coupled with creative flair will help produce impactful posts and emails. The freelancer must be able to manage multiple tasks, meet publishing schedules and suggest new ideas to engage the target audience. This is an ongoing project requiring at least 8 hours of work per week. The selected candidate will enter into a monthly contract renewable based on performance.
