Applicants should have a creative portfolio highlighting experience producing aesthetic yet compelling covers across various genres including fiction, non-fiction, memoirs and biographies. Proficiency with industry-standard design software is expected.

The designer hired will work closely with our content and marketing teams to comprehend manuscripts and ensure covers are aligned with promotional strategies. Several rounds of conceptualization, refinement and approval will be involved for each title.
Applicants for this project need to exhibit strong communication skills and commitment to delivering high quality work within agreed upon timelines. Graphic design degree or similar qualification is preferred. Salary will depend on portfolio quality and relevant experience. All intellectual property rights for created covers will belong to my company.
