Expected duration: 1 - 6 months We are seeking a sales professional with a consultative approach to qualify leads and book demos for a childcare management software solution. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value of the software.
**Responsibilities**: - Unpaid training of 1-2 hours (depending) is required. Training material will be sent prior to this and must be reviewed, before the training call. - Call a list of 2-2.5K prospects (provided by us) to qualify leads and book qualified demos. - Maintain a minimum target of **10-15 quality calls per hour** - minimum of 4-6 demos booked per working week. - Provide daily email updates summarising progress and insights. - Participate in a **weekly Zoom meeting** for feedback and strategy alignment. - Document conversations and outcomes for follow-up purposes. - Develop a clear understanding of the product and its relevance to the childcare industry.
**Requirements**: - Proven experience in consultative sales and lead qualification. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to quickly learn and articulate product features and benefits. - Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines. - Native English Speaker
**Expected Timeline**: - The prospect list should be completed within a maximum of **6 months**
**Working Hours**: - Tuesdays and Wednesdays (3 hours per day) - We recommend 10AM - 12PM AND/OR (including a mix of these hours, based on what is working) 2-3 or 4 - 5:00 PM (London/Dublin time), as this is when the decision makers are usually available. - Preferably in Ireland/UK.
**Compensation**: - 20 euros per hour
