Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and text messages - Provide accurate and timely information to customers - Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns - Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions - Collaborate with other team members to solve complex problems
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Empathetic and patient approach to customer service - Typing 40 wpm - Excel, Word
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with the following working hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
