We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of properties, managing tenant relationships, and optimizing property performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of assigned properties. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of tenant issues. Manage lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection. Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize cost-effective solutions. Maintain strong tenant relationships and address concerns or inquiries in a professional manner. Ensure accurate and timely property records, reports, and documentation. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a related role. Strong understanding of property management software and industry best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to resolve conflicts and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with local real estate laws, tenant rights, and property maintenance standards.
