Expected duration: Not sure We are a couple who have completed 5 years of legal residency in Spain and are currently registered as autonomos (freelancers). Additionally, we hold e-residency and have a limited liability company (OÜ) in Estonia.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and efficient legal advisor (gestor or lawyer) to assist us in applying for permanent residency in Spain, specifically in the region of Castilla y León. We also require guidance on optimizing our work structure, as the current autonomo setup is becoming costly (approximately EUR 300 each per month).
Key Responsibilities:
— Permanent Residency Application: 1. Assist in the application process for permanent residency in Spain. 2. Provide clear guidance on required documentation and procedures. — Work Structure Advice: 1. Offer insights on alternative work structures that may be more cost-effective than the current autonomo status. 2. Discuss & guidance regarding (please mention keyword 'Blue Bird' in your message so we know you have gone through the description) the feasibility of continuing our business operations through our Estonian company or other possible alternates. — Civil Liability Insurance: 1. Advise on how to go about the Civil Liability Insurance (we work in the Alternate Holistic Healthcare & Wellness Field)
Requirements:
1. Proven experience or dedication (the openness to research & figure out a way) in immigration law and business regulations in Spain. (It's okay if you don't have enough experience, or you're new - it doesn't mean you're not good enough. We value dedication over experience) 2. Familiarity with the autonomo system and alternative business structures (in EU). 3. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach. 4. Ability to provide ongoing support and advice beyond this initial project.

We would like to have a brief 15-minute call to discuss our situation in more detail before finalizing the engagement. We are looking for a long-term relationship with someone we can trust and communicate with easily, as we have had unsatisfactory experiences with previous legal advisors.
