Create 10 Diagrams & 20 Tables with Consistent Color Scheme and Style for a Field Manual Book
Project Description: We are looking for a skilled graphic designer or illustrator to develop 10 diagrams and 20 tables for an upcoming field manual book. The field manual aims to present technical information in a clear, consistent, and visually appealing manner. The ideal candidate should be able to follow a cohesive style guide—ensuring all diagrams and tables feature a common color scheme, typography, and overall design theme.
Scope of Work:
Diagrams (10 Total):
Each diagram will depict specific processes and relationships relevant to the manual. Must be created in vector format for scalability and easy editing. Should be easy to interpret even when printed in black & white (dual-color proofing is a plus).
Tables (20 Total): Each table will organize key data points, metrics, or textual information in a clear, reader-friendly format. Must follow the same color palette, font styling, and overall aesthetic as the diagrams. Should be designed to fit consistently within the book’s page layout (size and orientation guidelines will be provided).
Color Scheme & Style Consistency: A unified color palette (to be determined in consultation Consistent typography (fonts, font sizes, headings, subheadings) across all diagrams and tables. Overall cohesive look that complements the content and maintains legibility.
Deliverables: Editable source files High-resolution PDF or image previews for each diagram and table. Final exports in multiple formats (e.g., PNG, SVG, or JPG).
Timeline & Milestones: Expected start date: ASAP Draft/mockups of first few diagrams & tables due within 5 days/weeks Final designs completed and delivered by 10 days.
Additional Details: We will provide all the written content, data, and rough sketches (if available) to guide the layout. If you have experience designing for print, especially in technical or academic publications, please mention it. Excellent communication skills are essential, as we may need to discuss revisions and updates. Budget:
