We are seeking an experienced freelance HubSpot expert to optimise our CRM, marketing, and sales systems while providing hands-on training. The role includes in-person sessions at our London office and remote training for our distributed team.
Key Responsibilities by Department
Marketing Design and implement advanced workflows with conditional logic to direct the right campaigns to the appropriate audiences. Integrate paid ad performance data into HubSpot to report on lead generation and track which advertisements deliver quality leads. Build dashboards with actionable insights, including demographic reporting, to refine audience targeting and support tier-specific strategies. Develop templated email workflows and train the Marketing team on their creation and optimisation. Integrate SEMrush for enhanced SEO reporting and analysis. Set up HubSpot chatbots to improve customer engagement and support marketing objectives.
Sales, Lead Generation, and Prospective Members Automate workflows to categorise and qualify new leads based on demographics and activity. Streamline the customer journey for prospective Members, ensuring seamless onboarding processes. Organise contact records to ensure lead information is clear, accessible, and well-structured for efficient use by the Sales team. Provide training on HubSpot features such as calendar integration, direct calling from HubSpot, and tracking email opens to enhance proactive lead engagement. Implement workflows that improve deal stage tracking and align with sales performance goals.
Current Memberships (Club and Events Team) Train the Club team on using HubSpot for Member engagement, including tracking complaints and managing interactions. Set up and optimise workflows for events, including communication campaigns and lead tracking before, during, and after events. Integrate a calendar for events and event management, ensuring smooth coordination and clear visibility for the team. Establish consistent workflows that unify data management and improve team collaboration across Member-related activities. Support the team in using HubSpot for service-oriented tasks, such as responding to Member inquiries and tracking engagement history.
Requirements Deep expertise in HubSpot, particularly in workflows, automation, reporting, and CRM optimisation. Experience with integrating paid advertising metrics and campaign tracking into HubSpot. Proven ability to map and enhance customer journeys, tailoring workflows to meet the needs of different teams. Strong experience in training teams, both in-person and remotely, to utilise HubSpot effectively. Familiarity with integrating tools such as SEMrush and chatbots within HubSpot. Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
