We seek a skilled Social Media Manager with proven paid advertising experience to launch new online presences for an emerging company. The ideal candidate will deftly maneuver across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, to strategically establish our brand identity and organically grow engaged audiences. You must have a high level of English communication both written and spoken as you will be communicating with high level Directors/Managers & Stake Holders!!!!!
Optimisation of paid social campaigns will be integral to driving traffic and leads as we inaugurate our digital outreach. The successful applicant will dextrously deploy a multichannel approach from the onset, judiciously crafting customised content to attract and retain followers across networks.
Dynamic advertising acumen must be demonstrated, with the ability to adeptly administer targeted promotional budgets and punctiliously monitor performance. Strong communication and reporting abilities are expected to keep stakeholders abreast of key metrics and insights.
Creativity, work ethic and initiative will be highly valued as our online presence is established from the ground up. Project management skills are important to coordinate simultaneous platform launches and ensure strategic alignment. The role requires self-direction with a results-oriented work style. A thorough understanding of analytic tools, best practices and evolving algorithms will optimise efforts.
