We're Essex Home Electricians, a successful electrical contracting business based in Basildon, seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our business operations and app-based systems.
Key Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing customer data across platforms (Xero, iPhone contacts) - Setting up and maintaining standardized processes for: * Customer complaint handling * Emergency call-out scheduling * Quality control tracking * Customer feedback collection - Assisting with quote preparation and standardization - Managing and organizing digital documentation - Helping track and maintain inventory systems - Supporting marketing initiatives and customer communication
Required Skills: - Proven experience with Xero accounting software - Strong organizational and process development skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Experience with digital tool implementation and management - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities - UK-based preferred (for timezone alignment) - Experience in trade or service-based business administration is a plus
Hours: 10-15 hours per week initially, with potential to increase
