What We Need Campaign Creation & Strategy
Conduct in-depth keyword research that aligns with our core IT solutions and target audiences. Craft a well-structured Google Ads approach (Search, Display, potentially YouTube) to maximize visibility. Develop compelling ad copy and/or collaborate with designers on visuals (if Display or YouTube ads). Campaign Management & Optimization
Implement robust tracking (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking) to monitor sign-ups, inquiry forms, and other key conversions. Regularly adjust bids, refine targeting, and expand negative keywords to ensure consistent improvement in ad performance. Split-test ad variations and landing pages to increase ROI. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor key metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend). Provide weekly or bi-weekly performance updates, including insights on lead quality and sales uplift. Offer data-driven recommendations to optimize budget allocation, targeting strategies, and ad creatives. Budget & ROI Management
Operate within our agreed monthly budget while aiming to maximize conversions and revenue. Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining or improving results. Propose expansions into new campaign types or networks when ROI justifies further investment. Requirements Demonstrable success in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns (preferably for IT or B2B services). Relevant Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, etc.) are a plus. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work flexibly and respond quickly to performance trends or updates. Deliverables Initial Campaign Roadmap: An outline detailing the strategy, target keywords, and proposed ad groups. Regular Performance Updates: Weekly or bi-weekly updates on KPIs, optimization actions taken, and next steps. Monthly Comprehensive Report: In-depth metrics analysis, insights, and a proactive plan for subsequent periods. Project Duration & Budget Duration: Ongoing collaboration, starting with a 1–3 month trial. We anticipate extending if performance meets or exceeds expectations.
