I seek an experienced web developer to further optimize an existing management system and website. The system, called Re-Flow, is used for data entry and could benefit from enhancements to streamline workflows and simplify user experience. Additionally, the accompanying Wordpress website is in need of a refresh to maintain a polished online presence.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency with both backend and frontend development. On the system side, tasks may include improving data validation processes, customizing forms and reports, integrating additional features via APIs. Refactoring code for improved performance and accessibility would also be valuable.
For the website, an update to site design and styling would give it a more modern look befitting of today's standards. Ensuring responsive design across all devices is critical. The candidate should also be adept at content creation and optimization to bolster SEO efforts.
Growing our social media presence is another important objective. Devising effective social media strategies and drafting engaging original content for platforms like Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn are important responsibilities. Analyzing metrics to refine approaches will also be part of the role.
