We are specifically looking for an accountant, financial advisor, or solicitor or lawyer who has proven experience in successfully securing SEIS status for start-ups. Your expertise will be instrumental in reviewing our compliance, identifying any gaps, and guiding us through the HMRC application process.
We want everything taken care of to be investment-ready under the SEIS scheme, including advanced assurance, articles of association, and all other necessary requirements.
