Introduction We are looking for an IT/365/WordPress/Social Media professional or agency to establish an engaging digital presence. We want them to improve our current website and social media presence with as much cross over and integration as possible.
We target portfolio Landlords who own property in the United Kingdom. Many of our clients live overseas. We want to generate leads weekly

Scope of Work
1. Website Re-Development
• Re-Design:
o Modern, professional, and responsive website reflecting the brand identity.
o Easy-to-navigate interface with seamless functionality.
o Mobile-first design for accessibility on all devices.
• Core Features:
o Property Listings Page must be copied over to Display current properties with filtering options.
o Lead Capture Funnel: Strategically placed forms (JOTFORMS) integrated with a CRM or new email marketing system.
• CMS Integration:
o Incorporate a Content Management System (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar).
o Allow for easy updates to property listings, blogs, and announcements.
o Provide training materials or sessions for in-house team management.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• On-Page SEO:
o Optimize metadata, headers, and keywords for relevant search terms.
o Add alt text for images and ensure all content is search-engine friendly.
• Technical SEO:
o Implement fast-loading pages, secure HTTPS protocol, and mobile optimization.
• Content Strategy:
o Develop a blog and news channel featuring real estate trends, tips, and local UK market insights.
o Optimize for keywords and Google My Business.

3. Social Media Management
• Platform Presence:
o Maintain accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Content Creation:
o Schedule and post 3–5 times per week, focusing on property showcases, client success stories, and educational content.
o Highlight community events and company news.
• Engagement:
o Interact with followers to build relationships and trust.
o Use analytics tools to track engagement and refine strategy.

1. Experience:
o Examples of past website development and SEO projects.
o Case studies or examples of successful social media campaigns in real estate or related industries.

3. Timeline:
o Estimated duration to complete the initial website and establish social media presence.

4. Cost Estimate:

5. Ongoing Collaboration:
o Suggested maintenance schedule for website updates and SEO.
