I need a designer to prepare a full colour (200 page) book. The text is written and will be provided in MS word format. The book will have tables / charts / equations and I require the book to look visually nice and modern and professional. This is a guide for property investors/landlords to follow. There is not any need for visuals / images / sales brochure type material. I can explain colour palette / scheme and how I would like the book to look. There will be the following to create 1) cover page 2) main section cover page 3) chapter section cover page 4) main text page. I have attached examples of the type of design that I am looking for.
