I seek a talented 3D architectural designer to generate realistic renderings of an 8-bedroom co-living scheme. The virtual model should meticulously depict an accommodation comprising of 8 bedrooms, each with an ensuite or offsuite bathroom, along with 1 shared kitchen and additional bathroom.
The designer is expected to furnish each room realistically based on the scale floor plans and input on fixtures, fittings and furnishings that will be provided. All individual bedrooms must be decorated distinctly with appropriate lighting, wall colors, flooring, window treatments etc. The shared spaces like kitchen and common bathroom also need to be equipped plausibly.
Once completed, the ultra-detailed 3D imagery of the entire residential complex will serve as a vital reference for the contractors and decorators engaged for the physical building works. The virtual construction must be highly photorealistic to aid the envisioning of the final look and flow of the multi-tenant housing unit. Ability to seamlessly incorporate client feedback to refine the design is essential.
This challenging commission calls for a resourceful 3D artist adept at interior modeling, texturing and lighting.
