When a tenant sends an email regarding a maintenance issue, they should automatically receive a response with a link to an online form.
2. Online Form Design: The form should:
Capture essential fields: Tenant's Name Tenant's Email Address Tenant's Phone Number Location of the Maintenance Issue (e.g., kitchen, bathroom) Detailed Description of the Maintenance Issue File Upload Field for images or videos (mandatory to complete). Ensure all fields are mandatory. Prevent submission until all required fields are completed.
3. Automated Reference Number Generation:
Upon successful form submission, tenants should receive a unique reference number for their maintenance issue.
