The ideal candidate will have experience with scanning software and be able to type quickly and accurately. You will work with various clients to ensure that their documents are converted accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities: 1. Scan paper documents and convert them into digital formats using scanning software. 2. Review scanned documents for accuracy and completeness. 3. Type documents accurately and efficiently. 4. Meet deadlines and production goals. 5. Communicate with clients regarding their document conversion needs. 6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. 7. Stay up-to-date with the latest scanning software and technologies.
Qualifications: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Experience with scanning software. 3. Excellent typing skills. 4. Attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Ability to meet deadlines. 7. Strong communication skills.
