The Executive Flow Coordinator will be responsible for managing the flow of information and tasks within the executive team. This includes scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring that all deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings: Coordinate with executives and team members to schedule meetings, ensuring that all participants are aware of the meeting time, date, and location.
Track progress: Monitor the progress of projects and tasks, and ensure that they are on track to meet deadlines.
Ensure deadlines are met: Work with executives and team members to ensure that all deadlines are met, and that any issues or delays are addressed promptly.
Manage communications: Manage communications between executives and team members, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Create and maintain documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to meetings, projects, and tasks, including meeting minutes, project plans, and task lists.
Coordinate travel: Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Manage expenses: Manage expenses related to meetings, projects, and tasks, including tracking expenses and submitting expense reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with project management software.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
