We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, enabling them to assess situations effectively and contribute to decision-making processes. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the surveyor's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Email management
Prepare and organise documents, reports & survey notes
Preparing Party Wall Notices and Sending
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Raising invoices and payments, checking payments received and chasing late invoices
Assist with personal errands and tasks as required, ensuring discretion at all times.
Maintain an organised filing system for both digital and physical documents.
Support project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
Taking phone calls, making calls and updating clients
Experience
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred within a Building Surveying company.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a fast-paced environment.
