We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a freelance/contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience designing user-centric interfaces and creating engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and clients to deliver seamless and visually stunning designs.
Key Responsibilities: User Interface Design: Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. User Experience Optimization: Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and design wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys to enhance usability. Design Tools: Utilize tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar to craft high-fidelity designs. Collaboration: Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with business goals and user needs. Consistency: Maintain brand consistency through all design elements while ensuring accessibility and responsiveness. Feedback Iteration: Revise designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout. Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable designs. Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
Preferred Skills: Experience in creating design systems and style guides. Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Knowledge of usability testing tools and analytics platforms. Compensation: Competitive (based on experience and project scope).
