We are looking for someone to develop a simple Android game for us. I don't want to go into details yet (we can discuss it later) but the following are part of the project and you should have an intermediate understanding of these technologies to complete this project: - Godot Game Framework - Git (for version control) - Network communication (the game should connect to a server software running on Windows and accept commands from a controlling software running on that PC) - Developing application for Android version 10 (the game should automatically start during the devices's startup sequence in kiosk mode) - Basic image manipulation and handling (automatically resize and cut image into pieces) - Logging (action taken by the users should be logged for later review)
I'm looking for an individual who can confidently use these technologies with minimal oversight. You should be available for daily virtual meetings starting the day and closing it and online communication (Discord) throughout the day.
You will be working with another developer (who will write the controller software and server code for Windows) and a project manager. The core team is located in the GMT+1 time zone, your workday should share at least 4 hours with them. Taking this into account we are willing to consider applicants from worldwide.
