I have had three horrendous stays in holiday accommodation in the UK. Each property was booked on Booking.com
Firstly I need to know if I can directly sue them for negligence regarding my stay or whether booking via Booking.com prohibits from me from doing that. If I can taken them to court I need to know their home addresses as at least 2 of the properties are homes where the proprietor also stays onsite. The third I'm not sure who owns it, but need to find that out.
There's a fourth issue where I need to find the home address of an work colleague who owes me monies and property they borrowed. Again this is to take them to through the Small Claims Court in the UK.
This task might suit someone from a Credit Control sort of background.
