I am setting up an in-house virtual design team to deal with our development portfolio and am looking for English speaking architectural technicians, specifically with urban design training/ experience. Projects will predominantly relate to green belt promotion schemes ranging from 10-75 homes with ad hoc instructions as they arise. Please set out your experience- specifically any urban design training. Training from a UK university urban design school will be looked on favourably, particularly Oxford Brookes which is where I studies. Residential masterplanning experience for house rather than apartment based schemes is also sought. Bidders are also requested to confirm details of the urban design course they studied and an informal informal video interview will be conducted via video call prior to appointment.
