I'm looking for somone to manage a project for sourcing land for a project, in the USA.
Ideally, we're looking for land, or a dilapidated building, on a lake for us to build on. Reasearch will consist of loactions, surrounding areas, laws, liasing with realtors, and all associated works.
I have a few areas to concentrate on initially. This will be an ongoing project, as once we source one location, we make repeat this.
