I want an excel spreadsheet to be developed with all formulas etc in place, for the evaluation of different mortgages. I want to be able to input different rates, terms, fees, LTV, repayment or interest only, etc and have the spreadsheet compare the costs of the mortgage over its term, monthly costs etc. It should be easy to understand, easy to use, and visual ideally being represented with a graph or similar. Should be a 10 minute job for someone good with Excel.
