4. **Subscription Management**: A system to handle monthly and yearly subscriptions, with seamless management for upgrades, cancellations, and adjustments.
5. **Cancellation Notifications**: When a customer cancels, the system should notify the admin team to disable the website, ensuring efficient handling of cancellations.
6. **Price Adjustments**: Easy-to-use functionality to adjust hosting prices due to inflation or other factors, without requiring customers to re-register.
7. **Additional Products and Services**: The flexibility to add and manage other products (e.g., social media marketing), charge for them monthly or yearly, and set up notifications specific to those products.
8. **User-Friendly Interface**: The entire system must be intuitive and easy for both the admin team and customers to use.
