Role Purpose We are hiring 4 freelance Marketing Specialists to drive marketing activities for each of our 4 business units: Stormwater Management Wastewater Treatment Rainwater Harvesting Garden Products The role of each Marketing Specialist is to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies for their assigned product group, ensuring alignment with our 2025 business objectives. The aim is to increase brand visibility, generate quality leads, drive online sales (for e-commerce related groups), and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities 1. Content Creation & Management Write and publish 2 blog posts per week for the GRAF UK website (SEO optimised). Create engaging social media content. Write and manage content for product-specific landing pages and category pages. 2. Paid Advertising & SEO Monitor and optimise Google Ads campaigns to drive quality leads and online sales. Use performance data to create actionable insights and improve ROI on paid advertising. Support the SEO strategy with targeted content, on-page optimisations, and content audits. 3. Social Media Management Develop and execute social media plans for their product group. Monitor and engage with community responses and messages. Schedule posts and track engagement. 4. E-Commerce Management (for relevant roles) Assist in the management of product pages for our WooCommerce platform (for Rainwater Harvesting & Garden Products). Update product listings, optimise product descriptions, and support promotional campaigns. 5. Event Support Occasionally support the GRAF UK team with exhibitions and event coordination. Provide marketing support for customer events, trade shows, and exhibitions. 6. Campaign Management Plan and execute seasonal and product-specific campaigns in collaboration with the sales team. Drive targeted lead generation for new business and support e-commerce growth.
Skills & Experience Required To succeed in this role, you should have: Marketing experience within one of the 4 product areas (Stormwater, Wastewater, Rainwater Harvesting, or Garden Products) is preferred. Proven experience in Google Ads management and campaign optimisation. Knowledge of WooCommerce (for Rainwater Harvesting and Garden Products roles). SEO knowledge – understanding how to create content that ranks. Experience using AdvantageAI (or similar scheduling tools) for social media management. Ability to write high-quality, SEO-optimised blog posts. A creative mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing. Strong project management skills, able to work independently to deadlines.

Must be based in the UK (for timezone compatibility).
