We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented User Experience Designer to help craft UX interfaces that lead to best-in-class digital experiences. We are looking for the User Designer to help with persona development and map the customer journey for a new app for creatives .
We are a small but ambitious team the ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the user journey ensuring usability, accessibility.
You will start by exploring and defining the wants and behaviours of our target audience to design experiences and interactions that anticipate their needs.
You will be responsible for creating some wireframes closely with cross-functional teams to design engaging and effective user experiences across the app.
Duties
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback on designs. Create wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Fireworks. Develop responsive web designs that ensure a seamless experience across devices. Implement user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate designs against user needs and business goals. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance design processes. Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Fireworks. Experience with web design principles and responsive web design techniques. Familiarity with JavaScript for interactive design elements. Knowledge of cloud services such as Azure and AWS is an advantage. Strong analytical skills for conducting user research and usability testing. Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.
