We are looking for a reliable and proactive freelancer to help us improve our online reputation by collecting customer feedback and encouraging satisfied clients to leave reviews on platforms like Google, Trustpilot, and others.
Responsibilities:
Contact past and current customers to gather feedback through pre-designed feedback forms. Identify happy customers and politely ask them to leave reviews on specific platforms. Provide professional and friendly communication with customers to ensure a positive experience. Track and manage feedback and review progress in an organized system. Suggest improvements to the feedback collection process, if needed.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in customer service, reputation management, or a similar role. Familiarity with platforms like Google Reviews, Trustpilot, or others. Ability to handle feedback professionally and follow up with customers. Strong organizational skills to keep track of responses and follow-ups.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM tools - HubSpot and / or Monday.com Knowledge of feedback collection strategies and review generation best practices. A friendly and customer-focused attitude.
Project Details: This is a part-time, ongoing position with flexible working hours. Payment will be based on the number of customers contacted and reviews generated, or a flat hourly rate can be discussed.
