Address entries must be sequentially ordered perhaps by street name then house number to facilitate easy searching and sorting. Basic formatting and aesthetics and also important to make the file neat and visually well organized. Things like consistent font type and size, cell borders, appropriate column widths etc. can improve the database's functionality and professional appearance. The finished product should be saved in the latest version of the Excel .xlsx format for broad compatibility.
