This project involves creating a pictorial diagram depicting the six key stages of a consumables company's sales process for securing ongoing contracts. The diagram should show: how marketing leads are converted into appointments by scouts; how hunters work with sales support to win initial business at the hunting stage; small initial purchases made at the bits and bobs stage led by hunters and sales support; contracts secured at the winning stage; accounts managed by internal teams with customer service assistance at the future and grow stage; and hunters reengaging as needed to defend against competition attacking accounts at the defend stage. The goal is to provide a clear visual representation of this repeat business sales cycle.
