Description:	I seek an innovative and talented web designer to revitalize the appearance and functionality of my personal website. The current homepage design is outdated and does not properly represent my brand. The successful applicant will conduct a user experience evaluation and competitor analysis to understand optimal design practices. They will then conceptualize and prototype a refreshed layout that optimizes for user engagement, readability on various devices, and conveys my expertise and passion.
