I am considering using Zoho Campaigns for my business and for a small charity that I chair. I have just signed up for Zoho Campaingns. In the first instance I want someone to help me set up a Campaign to email the monthly pdf newsletter to the 300 members of the charity and set up the required automation and reporting. All member have all opted in to email marketing and it is very important to me that we abide by GDPR rules. The newsletter is quite long (about 20 pages) and contains a link to a survey. I want to know the following: 1) If emails are delivered 2) If they are opened 3) If we can add links into the newsletter pdf to see if they have been opened, or how we might monitor this.
You must speak English fluently as I will want to talk with you and share screens so that we can work together on this as needed.
I need to know how many Campaigns you have created and been involved with, particularly anything in the not for profit area.
I may or may not need Zoho CRM, but do not really want to use if for this first project. If this works I would then like to use it for my business and will need continuous support with that
